The BAC Local Union 15 Welfare Fund covers the services of the following providers:

 

Medical Doctors (MD), Osteopaths (DO), Surgeons (MD/DO), Dentists( DDS), Podiatrists (DPM), Chiropractors (DC), and Psychologists with a Ph.D, when practicing within the scope of their license.

 

Alcohol and Drug Treatment providers:

Legally Qualified Substance Abuse Professionals which include: psychiatrists, psychologists, certified mental health or substance abuse counselors, or a social worker who has a masters degree and who is legally licensed and/or legally authorized to practice or provide service, care or treatment of alcoholism and substance abuse under the laws of the state or jurisdiction where the services are rendered and who acts within the scope of their license.
